General Qualifications:

• Have min 1-2 year experience at same position ( 1,2 )
• Well known for budgetting, forecasting & market knowledge ( 1 )
• Good spoken and written in English 
• Strong leadership ( 1,2 )

Have a good relationship with Travel Agents ( 1 )
